Joanne Rogers, the widow of Fred Rogers, dies at 92


Joanne Rogers, the widow of Fred Rogers, has died at the age of 92. David Newell, who played Mr. McFeely on “Mister Rogers’ Neighborhood,” confirmed she died Thursday. Newell said she had been hospitalized for several days. Joanne had been carrying on her late husband’s legacy in Pittsburgh since his passing in 2003.
